a) Information Linked from Your Zalo Account (With Your Permission):

• Basic Identification Information: Your display name, profile picture, and Zalo User ID.
• Phone Number: We may request access to the phone number registered with your Zalo account for communication and verification purposes.

• Other Contact Information: Email or address (if you fill them out in our forms).
• Real Estate Needs: The type of property you are interested in, desired location, and estimated budget when you use search features or register for a consultation.
• Communication Content: The history of messages and inquiries you send to us via the chat feature.

c) Technical and Interaction Information:

• Device Information: Mobile device type, operating system version.
• Usage Information: The features you have used, the projects you have viewed, and the duration of your interaction within the Mini App.

To deliver the best experience and ensure the Mini App operates effectively, VestaLand uses local data storage technology on your device (similar to Cookies on a website).

1. Purpose of Data Storage

We store data on your device for the following purposes:

• To Maintain Your Login Session: Helps you stay logged in without needing to sign in every time you open the Mini App.
• To Remember Your Preferences: Saves settings like search filters and recently viewed projects for your convenience in future visits.
• To Analyze and Improve the Service: Collects information (in an anonymous form) about how you interact with the Mini App so we can optimize its features and interface.
• To Personalize Content: Helps us recommend projects or information that are more relevant to your interests and needs.

2. Types of Stored Data

• Essential Data: This data is mandatory for the Mini App to function correctly, such as session authentication and security information. You cannot disable this type of storage.
• Analytics & Performance Data: This data helps us understand how users interact with the Mini App, such as which features are used most. This data is typically aggregated and anonymous.
• Preference & Personalization Data: This data is used to remember your choices and provide personalized content, making your experience more seamless.

3. Managing Stored Data

Unlike a website, you cannot manage this data through browser settings. Instead:

• The data is stored in the cache of the Zalo application on your phone.
• You can clear all this data by clearing the Zalo application's cache in your phone's settings.
• Please note: Clearing the cache may log you out of the Mini App and reset any preferences you have previously set.

YOUR RIGHTS

VestaLand respects and is committed to protecting your rights regarding your personal information. You can exercise the following rights by contacting us.

• Right to Access & Rectification
  You have the right to request that we provide, review, or correct any inaccurate personal information we hold about you.
• Right to Request Erasure
  You have the right to request the deletion of your personal information from our systems, in cases permitted by law and when the information is no longer necessary for its original purpose.
• Right to Object/Restrict
  You have the right to object to receiving marketing messages from our Zalo OA at any time, or to request the restriction of your data processing in specific cases.

How to Exercise Your Rights

To exercise the rights above, please contact us directly through the support channels provided in the Mini App (such as Zalo Chat, Hotline).

DATA RETENTION AND DELETION

VestaLand only retains your personal information for the period necessary to fulfill the stated purposes, in strict compliance with Zalo's policies and Vietnamese law.

1. Data Retention Periods

• Information You Provide (Name, Phone, Needs...):
  • For users requesting a consultation, information will be retained for a maximum of 03 years from the last interaction.
  • For users with completed transactions, contract-related information will be retained in accordance with legal regulations (typically 05 years) to fulfill legal obligations.
• Interaction & Technical Data:
  • In-App Interaction Logs: Data about your activities (such as features used) is retained for a maximum of 12 months.
  • Anonymous Analytics Data: Is retained for 26 months before being automatically deleted.
  • Locally Stored Data: Persists until you actively clear the Zalo application's cache.

2. Data Handling After the Retention Period

After the retention period expires, your personal data will be permanently deleted or anonymized from our systems, unless otherwise required by law for a longer mandatory storage period.

UPDATES TO THE PRIVACY POLICY

VestaLand may update or amend this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in legal requirements, technology, or our operational processes.

Notification and Acceptance

• The latest version of the policy will be updated directly within the Mini App. The effective date will always be clearly stated.
• Your continued use of the Mini App after the new policy takes effect will constitute your full acceptance of those changes.
